This document is intended to set forth the policies and procedures used by
Shonta’ Jackson Photography. These Policies, procedures terms and conditions are agreed upon between Shonta’ Jackson Photography and you, the client, upon booking a session.
Advertising: Shonta’ Jackson Photography, reserves the right to use images from this session for display, publication, or other purposes. All digital images remain the property of Shonta’ Jackson Photography and may be reproduced and used in any format by Shonta’ Jackson Photography.
Photographer: Your photos will be taken by Shonta’ Jackson

Retainer Fees: Your non-refundable retainer/session fee(s) is (are) required to book and hold your appointment(s) The retainer is 50 % of the total package. The balance of your package is due day before or on photo day. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Inclement Weather: In the event of Inclement weather, the photographer will keep all appointments on calendar as scheduled, unless cancelled or rescheduled by client. Responsibility to reschedule appointment due to weather lies solely on the client. All session has to be rescheduled within 90 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Arrival: Please show up 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you do not show for the appointment within 15 minutes of the start time, you will be asked to reschedule and/or pay $25.
Re-Scheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must notify us within 24hours of your photo session date, we will apply your retainer fee to the newly scheduled date, otherwise the retainer fee is non-refundable. If you contact us less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled photo session date, a new retainer fee will be charged for your new session date.

Cancellations: If you cancel any sessions for any reason, please contact us by phone or email. All retainer fees and all monies paid are non-refundable for cancellation, however they are transferable with 90 days.

Payments accepted are: Cash, Venmo, or Cashapp.
